Take it slow.Avoid too heavy activities or just reschedule them until the coolest time of the day. Try reading a book or bond with your family at home! Tip #2. Wear what’s right. Choose lightweight and light-colored clothes that are fit for the season. Get fab with fewer clothes. Tip # 3. Keep it cool.Always have a bottle of water with you and drink plenty of fluids. Try to avoid caffeinated and alcoholic beverages. And oh, did you know that watermelons are a good source of water? ;)Tip #4. Get under the shade! Feel the warmth of the sun under the big trees here in UPLB. Maybe it’s time to give them a free tree hug! Tip #5. Don’t let the sun kiss you too much.According to Bonnie Schneider, “Sunburn reduces your body’s ability to dissipate heat.” Use sun block lotion, shades or hats to coat you up when you really want to hug the heat of the sun.$
